As part of a thriving, high-performing team, this Credit Control role is hands-on and will play a key part in maintaining strong customer relationships while driving timely collections and supporting continued commercial success. The business shows no signs of slowing down and is looking for someone who shares their passion for excellence.

This role also offers a hybrid approach.

As Credit Control you'll be responsible for:

Proactively chasing outstanding payments by phone and email, maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach

Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients to ensure positive cash flow and resolve disputes efficiently

Collaborating with the wider finance team to provide updates on debtor performance and risk

Supporting month-end processes including reporting aged debt and bad debt provisions

Identifying opportunities for process improvement and contributing to continuous development within the functionThe successful candidate will have previous experience in a Credit Control or Accounts Receivable role and will bring a proactive, customer-first mindset to their work. You'll be confident managing your own ledger, able to communicate clearly and professionally with a range of stakeholders, and will thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential, as is a collaborative attitude - this is a team that prides itself on striving for the best and supporting one another to achieve great results.

In return, you'll join a supportive, values-led team where your input is truly valued. This is more than just a credit control job - it's a chance to grow your career within a high-energy business that's making big moves in its sector
