This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic finance team and play a key role in managing customer accounts, ensuring timely payments, and supporting financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Chase outstanding debt via phone, email and post

* Send invoices, statements, and overdue letters per company policy

* Process and authorise credit notes

* Input and reconcile payments in SAGE

* Maintain and update customer accounts

* Handle internal and external account queries

* Open new accounts and perform credit checks

* Produce aged debt and finance reports

* Monitor debtor risk and attend credit review meetings

* Manage invoicing on customer portals and internal systems

* Set up monthly payment plans and maintain records

* Provide cover and support to the wider finance team

About You:

* Previous experience in Credit Control or Finance

* Excellent communication and relationship building skills

* Strong attention to detail

* Team player with a proactive approach

* Competent in MS Office – particularly Excel

* Knowledge of SAGE would be beneficial
