Consignment & Purchase Ledger Coordinator - 12 Month Fixed Term
Location: Maidstone
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum + discretionary bonus, benefits
Working set up: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00, Weekend rota as required, Initially office-based; after successful completion of probation, hybrid working with 3 days in office and 2 days from home
Are you a detail-focused finance professional looking for a hands-on role in a fast-moving environment? We are seeking a Consignment & Purchase Ledger Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month fixed term. You'll play a key role in ensuring supplier payments are accurate, timely, and fully aligned with consignment processes.
What You'll Do:
Process invoices and capture supplier claims efficiently.
Manage supplier payments, resolve queries, and monitor statements.
Ensure all payments are made on time.
Collaborate closely with Finance and Procurement teams to resolve consignment issues.
Maintain accurate consignment system records and support KPI reporting.What We're Looking For:
Experience in a FMCG business.
Highly organised, numerate, and detail-oriented.
Confident communicator, able to influence and build strong relationships.
Proficient in Excel and ERP systems.
Adaptable, assertive, and supportive, driving improvements across the business.What's On Offer:
