Bookkeeper

Description

We’re seeking a Bookkeeper to join our Client’s growing and well-respected Finance Team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks for a variety of clients using Xero and Dext

* Handling invoices, payments, and expenses across both purchase and sales ledgers

* Reconciling bank and credit card statements

* Preparing and filing VAT returns in compliance with current HMRC regulations

* Answering client queries and fostering strong, lasting client relationships

* Working closely with team members to deliver a seamless and high-quality service

What We’re Looking For:

* A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a bookkeeping role

* Proficiency in Xero and Dext (required)

* Strong grasp of bookkeeping fundamentals and VAT regulations

* Excellent communication and people skills

* Detail-oriented with great organisational abilities
