We're Hiring: Benefits Manager (Contract)

Location: Hybrid – 2 days/week in Canary Wharf

Contract Length: 6–12 months

Region Focus: EMEA or APAC

Start Date: ASAP

Are you an experienced Benefits Manager ready to make an impact in a global setting? We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on professional to lead and support employee benefits and pension programs across EMEA or APAC.

What You’ll Do:

Manage and administer regional benefits and pension schemes

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors

Provide strategic input into benefits design and policy

Analyse data and trends to support decision-making

Ensure compliance with local regulations

Handle escalations and complex queries

Support audits and reportingWhat You’ll Bring:

10+ years’ experience in benefits and pensions

Strong Excel and data analysis skills

Proven stakeholder management across regions
