Accounts Payable (French Speaking) – 14–Month FTC (Maternity Cover)

Location: Manchester City Centre

Contract: 14–Month Fixed–Term Contract

Search are supporting a growing and well–established organisation in the heart of Manchester!

We're looking for a fluent French and English–speaking Accounts Payable professional to join our finance team on a 14–month maternity cover contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic, supportive environment with excellent benefits.

This will be on a full time basis working Monday to Friday (hours are flexible: 8–4pm, 8:30–4:30pm, 9–5pm) with hybrid working (2 days office and 3 days from home).

Key Responsibilities:

Check invoices for accuracy and required documentationSpot and flag any potential issues or risksDouble–check invoice totals and calculationsEnsure all approvals are in place and escalate if neededMake sure financial documents are complete and accurateCommunicate with vendors and colleagues to resolve queries and provide updatesWhat We're Looking For:

Fluency in both French and English Minimum 2 years' experience in an Accounts Payable or similar finance roleStrong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepanciesKnowledge of VAT input tax processes and related ratesA team player with a customer service mindset
