We're recruiting for a well-established Glasgow business looking for a skilled Accounts Payable Assistant to join their fast-paced finance team.

Process supplier invoices accurately and on time

Reconcile supplier statements & resolve discrepancies

Prepare weekly aged creditors reports

Complete month-end close for accounts payable

Maintain supplier records and set up new accounts

Manage payment runs in line with agreed terms

Handle AP mailbox queries promptly and professionally

Perform daily bank postings & reconciliations

Work with suppliers and internal teams to resolve queriesAbout You

Confident with Microsoft Office

Highly organised with great attention to detail

Strong communication skills
