We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join a growing and dynamic business. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive finance team where your accuracy, organisation, and problem-solving skills will be valued.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicating with suppliers to process invoicing and payment queries

Ensuring correct documentation is attached to invoices and reconciling purchase orders

*

Posting invoices and credit notes, ensuring correct coding in the system

*

Preparing monthly supplier statement reconciliations

*

Handling queries from internal teams and external suppliers via phone and email

*

Preparing and processing supplier payments

*

Ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures for all accounts payable activities

*

Investigating and resolving outstanding creditor items
