Description

Prepare and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.Reconcile financial transactions and resolve discrepancies efficiently.Assist in preparing reports for the accounting and finance department.Maintain up–to–date records of accounts payable and receivable.Support month–end and year–end financial processes as required.Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.Respond to supplier and client queries in a professional manner.Assist in improving financial processes and procedures.Profile

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

AAT studier or similarA background in accounting or finance–related roles.Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.A proactive approach to problem–solving and task management.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.The ability to work well within a team and independently.Job Offer
