£25,000 – £30,000 + Flexible Working + Social Events

We’re working with a well-established technology business in Tewkesbury who are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their friendly finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid accounting knowledge who’s looking for a varied role in a supportive and social environment.

What you’ll be doing:

Processing invoices and maintaining accurate financial records

Supporting month-end and year-end processes

Assisting with reconciliations and reporting

Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries

Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and projects

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in an accounts or finance support role

Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills

Confident with Microsoft Excel and accounting systems

A proactive, team-oriented approach

MS Dynamics or Xero experience (or has used more detailed ERP/SAP systems previously)

AAT qualification (desirable, not essential)
