Are you an experienced administrator with a passion for numbers? We’re recruiting an Accounts Administrator to join a successful and growing business in Knottingley.

The Role

You’ll be at the heart of the finance team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in day-to-day accounting. Your responsibilities will include:

Processing purchase invoices and raising POs

Handling accounts payable and receivable

*

Reconciling supplier statements and resolving queries

*

Supporting month-end processes and reporting

*

Maintaining accurate financial records

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

Experienced in accounts or finance administration (AP/AR, invoicing, reconciliations)

*

Confident with Microsoft Excel and Office

*

Detail-focused, organised and proactive

*

Studying or interested in AAT (advantage but not essential)
