Description

Up for sale I have a Guerrini Regent Watkins, chromatic C system, musette tuned, accordion.

It has full decoration, made in Italy, circa 1990’s.

It has a range of 41 treble notes, ranging from F3 to A6, when the clarinet is selected.

4 sets of handmade treble reeds (Voce A Mano, LMMM), with the clarinet and bassoon in the tone chamber, referred to as double cassotto.

It has 11 treble couplers and 3 bass couplers.

There are 96 basses which have 5 sets of reeds.

Both the treble and the bass reeds have been tuned to 440Hz.

The musette reeds on A4 are +23 cents, and -20 cents.

All straps, apart from a shoulder strap, are original. The general condition of the straps is worn.

The accordion dimensions are,

With the accordion on, from top to bottom is 17 inches,

From feet to treble keyboard, it is 17 and a half inches,

From front to back, it is 9 inches.

The treble buttons are 16mm in diameter.

It also comes with a Fuselli gig bag.

The accordion, with its straps, weighs 12.1kgs, (26.6lbs).

It has a Q-link Musictech midi system installed both in the bass and treble.

Compression is excellent. There was a crack in the treble side casing, which I have repaired.

I have replaced the A’s and the D buttons with spotted ones.

It has also been serviced with adjustments, replacements and cosmetic touches, where required.

The compression is, incredibly good.

If you are willing to arrange and pay for a courier, I will give a weight of the accordion for postage purpose’, where upon the buyer can arrange a courier to pick it up from my premises. I am prepared to pack the accordion free of charge, but I will not be liable for any damage that might occur in transportation. It is up to the individual whether they insure it or not.

Alternately, I can do the courier arrangements and packing for a flat rate of £30 (mainland UK), £50 N.I., £40 Highlands and Islands, this does not include insurance.
