We Are Looking To Hire A Chef De Partie For Our Busy Summer Season At Hotel Eilean Iarmain On The Beautiful Isle Of Skye. ( April To End Of September)
Hotel Eileain Iarmain Has A Wonderful Reputation For Providing The Best Of Locally Sourced Produce That We Have In Abundance On The Island. We Give Our Guests The Choice Of 2 Eateries, One Is Our Birlinn Restaurant Which Has 2 AA Rosettes Which We Are Looking To Build On For The Future. The Other Is Our Praban Bar Where We Provide A La Carte Dining With Fish And Shellfish Options Being The Main Focus.
The Candidate We Are Looking For Should Have Come From A Rosette Background And Be Able To Produce Dishes That Are Fresh, Creative And Exceptional Quality. The Person Should Also Be Able To Handle Volume As We Are A Very Popular Place With Our Local And Tourist Trade.
We Are Able To Offer Live In Accommodation At A Very Reasonable Rate £30 Per Week. The Accommodation Has Its Own Shared Kitchen, Lounge With Sky Tv And Bathroom. There Is Also Wi Fi Throughout The House.
Meals Whilst On Duty Will Be Provided 5 Days Out Of 7.
We Are Able To Offer A Very Competitve Salary Depending On Experience.
