Porsche currently offers three new energy vehicle models: the Taycan, Cayenne E-Hybrid, and Panamera E-Hybrid. The Taycan is a fully electric sports saloon, available in multiple variants (Taycan, Taycan 4S, Taycan Turbo, Taycan Turbo S) with driving ranges between 200-300 miles. The Cayenne and Panamera E-Hybrids are plug-in hybrids, combining petrol engines with electric motors for reduced emissions and improved fuel efficiency.

The Taycan stands out for its rapid charging (5-80% in 22.5 minutes with 270kW chargers) and performance (0-60mph in 2.6 seconds for the Turbo S). The Cayenne E-Hybrid offers up to 27 miles of electric-only range, while the Panamera E-Hybrid provides up to 34 miles. Both hybrids suit drivers wanting flexibility without full EV commitment.

For UK buyers, the Taycan qualifies for low Benefit-in-Kind (BiK) rates, making it tax-efficient for company car users. The hybrids avoid London’s ULEZ charges in electric mode. Pricing starts at around £75,000 for the Taycan, £68,000 for the Cayenne E-Hybrid, and £79,000 for the Panamera E-Hybrid.

Porsche’s new energy lineup balances performance with sustainability, appealing to enthusiasts and eco-conscious drivers alike.

We have learned from Porsche's official sources that the new Taycan model, the全新Taycan Sport Turismo, is already on sale in overseas markets. The new model comes in five variants, with a starting price of 73,560 (approximately 636,200 RMB).

The Mission E concept version adopts a four-door, four-seat sports car design, resembling the four-door version of the 911, thus differing significantly from the Panamera.

The Mission E Cross Turismo延续了Mission E的设计理念,同时加入了许多类似Panamera Sport Turismo猎装车的设计元素,并融入了许多跨界风格的套件。

As Porsche's first pure electric vehicle in over 70 years, the Taycan颠覆了人们对品牌的认知,opening the door to the next century.

The most notable change in the Panamera New Energy model is its powertrain. Equipped with a 4.0-liter V8 twin-turbocharged engine and an electric motor, it delivers a maximum power of 514 kW and a maximum torque of 870 Nm, accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.2 seconds.

From an environmental perspective, Porsche’s Taycan leads as a zero-emission EV, while the Cayenne and Panamera E-Hybrids reduce CO2 output. The Taycan’s 83.7kWh battery delivers up to 300 miles, ideal for urban commutes. The hybrids, with electric ranges under 35 miles, cater to short trips but rely on petrol for longer journeys. Both options align with stricter emissions regulations, though the Taycan is the cleaner choice.
