The cars that look like a Nike logo are: McLaren and Lexus.

McLaren:

The McLaren Group is headquartered in Woking, UK, and brings together advanced high-tech companies, each contributing to the global reputation and prestige McLaren has established in the cutting-edge technology of the world's Formula One championship.

The McLaren logo represents the brand, brand culture, and its iconic identity. It doesn't require much design—just the name 'McLaren' is enough to convey the brand's philosophy. Of course, it appears as a seemingly ordinary beam of light, symbolizing McLaren's speed. Its color is red, representing intense emotion and a passion for racing.

Lexus:

Lexus (English: Lexus; Japanese: レクサス), founded in 1983, is a globally renowned luxury car brand under the Japanese Toyota Group.

Lexus was first introduced in North America. The pronunciation of 'Lexus' is similar to the English word 'Luxury,' evoking an impression of luxury cars. The Lexus logo features the uppercase letter 'L' from the name 'Lexus,' enclosed within an ellipse. The ellipse represents the Earth, signifying that Lexus cars are distributed worldwide.

According to the official statement of Toyota Motor Sales USA, the curvature of the ellipse was refined based on precise mathematical formulas. More than three design and advertising agencies spent over half a year to complete this standout logo, which outperformed five competing designs.

In 1987, Molly Sanders, head of Molly Designs Inc., spent three months meticulously crafting this distinctive ellipse and 'L.'

From a design historian’s perspective, no production car was intentionally modelled after the Nike logo. The swoosh’s fluidity contrasts with automotive engineering constraints—cars prioritise aerodynamics and safety over abstract branding. However, the Jaguar E-Type’s elongated bonnet and the Porsche 911’s roofline have organic curves that loosely echo the logo’s motion. These designs predate Nike’s 1971 trademark, highlighting how universal the "swoosh" shape is in dynamic forms.

The car most commonly associated with resembling the Nike "swoosh" logo is the Nissan S-Cargo, a quirky microvan produced in the late 1980s. Its curved, arched roofline and side profile mimic the iconic Nike shape. However, the resemblance is coincidental—the S-Cargo was designed as a functional, compact delivery van inspired by the classic Citroën 2CV.

For a more modern interpretation, the Tesla Cybertruck’s angular, wedge-like silhouette has been compared to a futuristic Nike swoosh, though this is subjective. The Cybertruck’s sharp, aerodynamic lines share a similar dynamic flow.

If you’re after a subtle nod, the Mazda RX-8’s side strakes or the Alfa Romeo 4C’s rear haunches have gentle swooping curves reminiscent of the logo. Neither was designed to emulate Nike, but the aesthetic parallels are there.

For a true homage, custom car wraps or decals are the best option. Many enthusiasts modify cars like the Ford Mustang or BMW i8 with Nike-inspired liveries to create a deliberate match.
