From an installer’s perspective, Kangdexin film is easy to work with but requires careful application. The adhesive sets quickly, so alignment must be precise. It trims cleanly, though edges can curl if not sealed properly. Compared to premium films, it’s less forgiving with stretching, making it better suited for flat windows rather than complex curves.

Kangdexin car film is a mid-range option that offers decent performance for sun protection and privacy. It provides good heat rejection, typically blocking around 40-50% of infrared rays, and reduces glare effectively. The film also has a moderate UV rejection rate of 99%, which helps protect the interior from fading. However, it may not match premium brands like 3M or Llumar in terms of clarity, longevity, or scratch resistance.

For those on a budget, Kangdexin is a reasonable choice, especially for basic needs. The adhesive quality is stable, though some users report minor bubbling over time. Installation is straightforward, but professional fitting is recommended to avoid imperfections.

If you prioritise durability and optical clarity, investing in a higher-end film may be worthwhile. But for everyday use, Kangdexin strikes a balance between affordability and functionality.

The dashcam showing no card is generally caused by two reasons: one is poor contact of the SD card, and the other is incorrect format of the SD card. Inserting the card into the dashcam is relatively simple. There is an orientation indicator next to the memory card or card slot. Just locate the card slot and insert the memory card into the slot in the correct orientation.

Two reasons why the dashcam shows no card:

  1. Poor contact of the SD card:

If the SD card is not pushed all the way into the slot, it may result in poor contact, and the dashcam will not detect the SD card. Remove the SD card and reinstall it.

  1. Incorrect format of the SD card:

If the content format in the SD card is incorrect or the SD card is damaged, the dashcam cannot match it. Reformat the card, and if it still doesn’t work, you’ll have to replace the card.

Notes on SD cards:

  1. The capacity of SD cards is generally divided into 8G, 16G, 32G, and 64G. Dashcams usually use SD cards with 16G or higher capacity.
  2. The performance class of SD cards can be divided into Class2, Class4, Class6, and Class10. Dashcams generally use SD cards of Class6 or higher.
