Description
Stylish cobalt blue fascinator with feathers & ribbon detail. This is BRAND NEW only bought last week but have since found an alternative. I was told it was too big for my small head !! Its a gorgeous fascinator with headband in the same colour. I can only return for a credit note !! Hence the sale. Measures 12 inches across . Cost £45.00 but am selling cheaper.
