First class service from start to finish. Richard was prompt in responding to request and everything was delivered when expected. All workmen were punctual polite and friendly, kept everything tidy, worked extremely hard. Cannot fault the service from start to finish and very happy with completion. Would highly recommend Richard and his team.

Great job by a competent team! Having worked in construction for the last 20 years ( albeit commercial ) I was keen on the modular design offered. I am fully aware of potential delays due to weather etc on any project but these have been kept to a minimum due to the level of pre-fabrication Yes 5 weeks turned into 8 but I cannot blame the guys for that, the weather was poor and some inevitable delays in the supply chain were suffered That aside I am extremely happy with the work from all the team, from design to completion

Thanks to the whole team at RDF, the weather was rubbish but the end result fantastic I have my new room for Xmas to enjoy!

I'll keep this short work agreed and started late, should have been 4 weeks its now taken longer and still not finished, Richard texted/called and emailed with no reply (this has happened previously) lost of excuses regarding delays, pushed for the bulk of the monies to be paid, no letter as requested regarding my guarantee plus I requested a confirmation in writing regarding checking of buikding regulations and planning permission, still not received, electrical certificate not recieved, 2 days spent in rectifying work, plastering organised and paid for by myself, clearance of all site rubbish carried out by me, left with no heating as promised and confimed in his contract letter. Richard does not seem to be bothered about time and the distress he has caused obviously a man with no conscience. Workers come on site not always sure of what work needs to be completed first, if I was not in who know what would have happened. We felt as though jobs were not thought through carefully or project managed which has left us hung out to dry and to sort out ourselves, he's had his money and just gone off and enjoyed the proceeds, not happy at all.

I have already posted a review on here about Richard and his team. I was pleased with there work, till I had problems with the electric they wired in. First week told someone will come out, this is second week and Richard is ignoring my calls. Very disappointed in there aftercare.
