Description

This washing machine is spares and repairs only.

It was used for approx 6 months then put into storage due to a house move. £380 from new and high spec when bought.

The only issue is that the bearings in the drum have seized so the machine won’t spin. This is due to it being stored for approx 8 months.

I have contacted Hotpoint who will fix the issue and the parts are free due to 10 year warranty. You just have to pay for the Labour. Don’t tell them it is second hand though. Just tell them you had to store it for a while whilst you moved house then it wouldn’t work after.!!

Estimated cost of call out to repair is £69 to £99 depending on what deal you take. It will need a antibacterial clean inside after being stored. But I can give you a sachet the rest is elbow grease to clean up.

If you want it for spare parts the pump, motor, drum, housing, case and electrics are all sound.

So you could have a top washing machine for around £100 - £130 if your willing to get it repaired.
