Fresh MOT with no advisories

No knocks or bangs
Recently just had a minor service (oil change and filter)
Two fresh tyres on the front and rear ones have a good amount of tread
Owned it just over 2years and never had any issues, great motor
Selling due to upgrading to a bigger car
Automatic Cruise Control sensor needs replacing, has been this way since I got it but a simple and cheap fix, I just haven't needed it.
