LOUD CUT 1st UK MONO PRESSING. THE BEATLES Rubber Soul. Rare. The very first pressing (matrix XEX 579-1, XEX 580-1), the album was recalled after two days! Original mono pressings of Rubber Soul were mastered louder and are nicknamed the 'loud cut'. These have -1 at the end of the matrix numbers. These were pressed only for the first two days. THIS IS ONE OF THOSE COPIES, the matrix on both sides has the -1
UK MONO pressing from late 1965 on The Yellow and Black Parlophone label. The vinyl is in 'good' condition, superficial marks on vinyl and minor background noise. There are some slightly deeper marks too but overall 'G'. No skips or jumps, plays through well both sides, listenable audio. Minor spindle marks but label is very clean. Hear music as its meant to be heard, before the remastering madness!
**Please note no outer sleeve; LP comes in generic white card sleeve from a West London vinyl collectibles shop with price sticker still affixed.
