Came across these guys after searching for a Black 75 plate brand new BYD seal. They were very helpful, provided every inch of detail and were very easy and straightforward to deal with in sourcing 1 for me. Very pleasant and smooth dealings and also they help with document uploads to uber/bolt apps! Would highly recommend this company to everyone reading this review

Really good experience with Primal Cars. The team were honest and easy to deal with. Got my PCO car quick and it’s been running great since day one. No stress, no hidden stuff, just straight forward service. Definitely recommend them to other drivers!

I've had my vehicle from primal cars UK for 3 months now on a rental agreement - lovely BYD seal U dmi in black. Very smooth service and for the few small vehicle issues I've had the team have been very prompt in their responses and resolved my issues quickly. 1 or 2 PCN charges that have come through and primal cars has not charged me any extortionate admin fees unlike other PCO rental/rent to buy companies so far. Hopefully when it comes to returning my vehicle the damage assessment process will be just as smooth. Highly recommend them for future PCO drivers.
