Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

Location: Biggleswade

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–5.30pm

Hourly Rate/Salary: GBP12.21 per hour (Annual Salary rises to GBP28,400 when taken on permanently)

Our well known and highly established client based in Biggleswade are looking for a well rounded candidate to join their Warehouse team on a Temp to Perm basis. The perfect candidate must be willing to stuck in to different tasks daily, and always be flexible.

Duties as a Warehouse Operative:

– Organising power tool stock to maximise picking & binning efficiency

– Overseeing stock movements to maximise productivity

– Working closely with the power tools buyers to monitor and manage queries

– Facilitating kit reworks, working closely with the Division Warehouse Supervisor

– Facilitating interim stock takes

What's needed as a Warehouse Operative:

– Previous experience within a Warehouse and/or Stock–handling environment

– Willingness to get stuck in and be flexible with different duties

– Strong organisational skills and ability to work efficiently

– Strong team player with good communications skills

– Able to lift heavy loads and complete physical tasks
