Description
Warehouse Operative, Scanning and Sorting
Pay: GBP13.68 (including holidays allowance)
Shifts: 4pm to 12am, Monday to Friday
Type: Temp to perm opportunity

The job is not just general warehouse work, it involves accurate scanning, data handling and operating an automated sorting machine. Strong IT skills matter more than many candidates assume.
What you will do
• Scan letters and mail with accuracy
• Operate the sorting machinery after training
• Support stock flow around the warehouse
• Keep the work area safe, organised and efficient
What you need
• Good IT skills, especially with scanners and basic systems
• Strong attention to detail (mis–scans create real issues on site)
• Ability to work in a busy environment without cutting corners
• Reliability and good communication
• Previous warehouse experience is helpful, although not essential if you can pick up systems quickly
Overtime may be offered depending on volumes, paid GBP18.32
