Process Technician

Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Process Technician for our reputable client based in Tewkesbury. Immediate starts are available following a successful interview process.

Our client is a well–established dairy company, known for its high standards in production and hygiene. This is a physically active role involving both indoor and outdoor work, with the opportunity to progress to a permanent position.

Your role as a Process Technician

Overseeing and facilitating the safe and hygienic loading/unloading of bulk dairy productsCleaning silos and vessels, and organising silo plans to optimise storage and productivityLiaising with tanker drivers and third parties to ensure efficient workflowOperating machinery and equipment safely, in line with environmental and safety standardsHandling chemicals safely and complying with COSHH, HACCP, and company policiesMaintaining high hygiene standards in both personal and workplace practicesSupporting and mentoring team members as neededFlexibly covering other roles as required by the business

Requirements

Physically fit and comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environmentsStrong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and safety standardsAbility to work collaboratively with other departments and third partiesWillingness to train and support other team membersReliable and punctualAvailable to work flexible shifts including weekends

Pay & Shifts

14.54 per hourShift patterns include:Weekdays: 05:00–13:00, 09:00–17:00, 13:00–FinishSundays: 06:00–Finish (typically 10–11 hour shifts)You will be expected to work all of these shift patterns throughout your working week.Sunday to Saturday shift rotation
