PPT Drivers Wanted Lincoln & Sleaford Area

Christmas Peak Work Immediate Starts Available!

Interaction Recruitment are currently looking for experienced PPT Drivers / Despatch Operatives to join our client s busy teams across Lincoln and Sleaford for the Christmas peak period.

This is a temporary role with the potential to continue into January 2026 for the right candidates.

Key Details:

Locations & Schedule:

Now 30th November: Lincoln–based

1st December approx. 22nd December: Sleaford–based

Post–Christmas (until end of December): Return to Lincoln

Possible extension: January 2026 (Lincoln)

Pay Rates:

Days: GBP14.11 per hour

Nights: GBP15.87 per hour

Shift Pattern:

A Shift / B Shift rotation (4 on, 3 off, 4 on, 3 off, etc.)

Days: 6:00am 6:00pm

Nights: 6:00pm 6:00am

Requirements:

Experience in a despatch or warehouse environment

Trained in PPT (Powered Pallet Truck) usage

Ability to load a vehicle within a 30–minute target time

Strong teamwork skills and a proactive attitude

Flexibility to work between both Lincoln and Sleaford sites

Start Date:

ASAP initial interview followed by a trial day to assess loading capability

Training provided prior to full shift allocation
