FLT Driver Nights

Description

Our client based in Lincoln is a leading provider of Fresh Produce and they require Counterbalance FLT Drivers to join the Despatch Teams, based in Sleaford, Lincolnshire. You will be supporting in the run up to a very busy Christmas 2025 season. These are great opportunities with excellent rates of pay, ideal for earning the extra money up to the Festive Holidays. In addition, they do have the potential to expand into the New Year.

We are offering Night shift, 12 hours at the hourly rate of 15.85 per hour. We can be flexible on the number of days worked within a 4 on 4 off shift pattern – but ideally you will work 4 of your rotational days.

Key Responsibilities

Loading and unloading of stock around the site – moving large volumes of fresh produce

Supporting despatch and goods–out operations

Following health and safety procedures at all times

Maintaining a clean and organised working environment

Requirements

Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling work, you need to be flexible to work off the FLT as well

Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic

Previous warehouse or despatch experience is essential

Ideally you will have your own transport as the site is fairly remote, however all applicants will be considered at this busy time.
