Driver's Mate - AllingtonContract Type: Full-time, ongoingPay: GBP14.01 per hour (overtime GBP21.02 after 48 hours)The Role We're recruiting Driver's Mates to join a busy 2-person home delivery team based in Allington. You'll support the driver in delivering customer orders safely and on time, while providing excellent customer service at every stop.Key Responsibilities: Making pre-calls to customers with estimated delivery timesHandling PODs and assisting with basic customer service queriesAssisting with loading/unloading and ensuring goods are handled safelyMaintaining a professional and positive attitude throughout the day Please note: this role can be physically demanding, involving some heavy lifting.
