Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking for a hybrid role working in the HR sector on either Interim / Temps or Perms? 360 recruitment experience is essential, but sector experience is not. They also finish early on Fridays too :)

This role is for a very well-established Blue Chip recruitment agency, who have a rare opportunity to join their stable team - it's so good that people rarely leave.

As the Recruitment Consultant you will be expected to:-

Offer a good quality service to clients by selecting applicants through good job matching and tight control

Sell recruitment business solutions over the telephone and face to face

Build client relationships and account manage clients

Achieve targets and adhere to agreed action plans.

To the successful Recruitment Consultant we offer:-

Basic salary of up to £33k
