As a Headhunter / Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage your own 360 pipeline, from business development to candidate delivery, with the autonomy to shape your own success.

Your responsibilities as a Headhunter / Recruitment Consultant:

Build and manage a personal client portfolio within the UK's STEM sectors.

Identify, approach, and qualify top industry talent through targeted headhunting.

Develop and nurture long-term client partnerships built on trust and expertise.

Manage the full recruitment process from brief to offer and placement.

Collaborate with the wider team to share market insights and opportunities.

Represent the brand professionally through quality-driven delivery and communication.

Your current experience which will help you as a Headhunter / Recruitment Consultant:

Proven experience in recruitment or a commercial sales environment.

Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven.

Ability to manage multiple projects with precision and attention to detail.

Commercially minded with a consultative approach.

Passion for the STEM, engineering, or technology sectors.

What you can expect as a Headhunter / Recruitment Consultant:

£25,000 - £30,000 salary, dependant on experience + uncapped commission.

Year 1 OTE £55,000.

Company bonus scheme.

Company pension.

Gym membership.

Holiday allowance: 33 days.

Office based, Mon - Fri.
