Revive are a small but growing property maintenance company based out of Dixons Blazes Industrial Estate (G5)

We are currently looking for a multi-skilled handyperson / maintenance engineer to join the team on either a part-time or full-time basis. Must have a full driving licence, be presentable.

We perform a variety of work in rental properties (both vacant and tenanted) and private homes in and around Glasgow.

Duties are likely to include:

- Painting (Core skill)

- Laminate flooring

- Gardening works

- Pressure washing

- Fitting blinds

- General repairs to cabinets, doors, windows, furniture etc (problem solving)

- Renewal of sealants

- Basic joinery, tiling, plumbing and electrical works

- Purchasing of materials, collecting of keys etc

Some relevant experience of working in domestic premises is required and own basic tools are a must. Must have a positive and friendly attitude and be willing to adapt to the needs of the business. IT skills are necessary to operate our job management software but training will be provided.

Starting wage is £24k PAYE + Vehicle + Pension + Performance related bonus + Uniform
