About the role

Do you have a passion for supporting young people to reach their full potential?

We re looking for an enthusiastic, patient, and dedicated Youth Mentor to join our vibrant team at a special school in Sutton Coldfield, supporting students with a range of additional needs.

As a Youth Mentor, you ll play a key role in helping our young people develop their confidence, social skills, and emotional wellbeing. You ll provide one–to–one and small group mentoring, help manage behaviour positively, and work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to create a nurturing and inclusive environment.
