Candidate Requirements

To be a successful candidate for this varied role, you should possess:

Experience working with children in a school or similar setting (e.g., nursery, youth work, care).

A patient, flexible, and positive attitude toward working with children aged 4 to 16+.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.

Reliability and the desire to make a difference in local schools.
