This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with pupils who require tailored emotional support to thrive both academically and personally.Key Responsibilities

Deliver targeted emotional literacy interventions to individuals and small groupsSupport pupils in developing self-esteem, emotional regulation, and social skillsWork collaboratively with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and external professionalsMonitor and evaluate progress, maintaining accurate records of interventionsContribute to a nurturing and inclusive school environment What you'll need to succeed

Teaching Assistant qualification desirable Experience working with children or young people, ideally within an SEMH or SEN settingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA calm, patient and flexible approachCommitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children What you'll get in return
