We're Hiring: Teaching Assistant (TA)

Location: Swansea, Llanelli, Carmarthen, Nath, Port Talbot

Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Salary: £89.38 per day

Do you enjoy supporting others and making a real difference in the classroom?

We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistant to join our friendly school community!

You’ll be working alongside dedicated teachers to support students’ learning, provide one-on-one assistance, and help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Your Responsibilities

Support students during lessons, activities, and small-group work

Assist teachers with classroom prep, displays, and admin tasks

Help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning space

Provide extra support for students who need it most

Be a positive role model, motivator, and all-around superstar!

Ideal Skills & Experience (Transferable welcome!)

You don’t need direct classroom experience to succeed in this role!

If you’ve worked in customer service, childcare, youth work, or even retail—you may already have what it takes!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
