Contract Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Salary: £85-£120 per day

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on children's educational journeys? We are currently seeking a skilled professional to join our team at a reputable primary school in Southampton as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant.

Responsibilities of the Level 3 Teaching Assistant:

Teaching Assistant will assist in the planning and implementation of tailored learning programs

Teaching Assistant will support small group activities, ensuring all students can actively participate

Teaching Assistant will foster a positive and inclusive learning environmentRequirements:

Level 3 qualification in a relevant field, such as Teaching Assistant or Early Childhood Education

Proven experience supporting children in a primary school setting

In-depth knowledge of various learning difficulties and strategies to address individual needs

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Patience, empathy, and the ability to build strong rapport with students

Ability to work effectively within a team, supporting colleagues and collaborating on student progress
