Pay: Daily Rate of £96.90-£114

Are you passionate about supporting children’s learning and development? We are looking for dedicated Teaching Assistants to join schools in Brent, providing essential support to students across all key stages.

The Role:

* Supporting students in the classroom, both 1:1 and in small groups

* Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities

* Encouraging student engagement and fostering a positive learning environment

* Helping students develop confidence, independence, and social skills

* Supporting children with varying learning needs, ensuring all students can access the curriculum

What We’re Looking For:

* Experience working with children in a school or childcare setting (desirable but not essential)

* A patient, enthusiastic, and adaptable approach to supporting students

* Strong communication and teamwork skills

* A passion for education and making a difference in students' lives

* Relevant training or qualifications (e.g., CACHE, Level 2/3 TA qualification) is a plus but not required
