Teaching Assistants – Flint
Tradewind Recruitment are looking for enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistants to join secondary and SEN schools across Flint and the surrounding areas.
This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone passionate about supporting young people to reach their full potential. You'll work closely with teachers to assist in lessons, provide one–to–one or small group support, and help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
Experience working with children or young people (school or care setting preferred)
A patient, supportive, and adaptable approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
