As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll work 1:1 with a Year 5 student who has ASD. This role requires someone who can balance being firm yet encouraging, helping the child stay motivated and engaged in their learning. Building a strong, trusting relationship with the student will be key to their progress and success.
