Description

SEN Teacher – Stoke-on-Trent

About the Role

Revolve Collective, recruiting on behalf of local SEN schools and alternative provisions in the Stoke-on-Trent area, is seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join our network. This flexible opportunity offers competitive pay, dependent on experience, and could be either a long-term contract or a permanent position, with a start date in September 2025.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced SEN practitioner who is committed to supporting the academic and personal development of young people with a range of special educational needs, including SEMH, ASD, and complex learning needs. The successful candidate will play a key role in creating a positive, inclusive environment where all students can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

*

Plan and deliver personalised, differentiated lessons that meet the diverse needs of SEN learners.

*

Support the academic, emotional, and social development of students across key stages (KS1–KS4 depending on the setting).

*

Create an inclusive classroom environment that promotes engagement, positive behaviour, and achievement.

*

Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, carers, and external agencies to provide holistic support for students.

*

Contribute to the wider school community, including enrichment and life skills activities.

About You

*

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

*

Experience teaching students with SEN/SEMH in a school or alternative provision setting.

*

Strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.

*

Excellent communication, organisational, and behaviour management skills.

*

Experience with trauma-informed approaches or specialist SEN strategies (desirable).

Why Join Revolve Collective?

At Revolve Collective, we go beyond recruitment. When you join us, you benefit from:

*

Guaranteed pay options (terms and conditions apply).

*

A dedicated consultant providing 24/7 personalised support.

*

Ongoing training and CPD, including trauma-informed practice and SEN strategies.

*

Access to well-being initiatives, including partnerships with Sanctuary Mental Health, well-being days, and care packages.

*

Flexible work opportunities (full-time, part-time, flexible).

*

A generous and increasing referral scheme — the more educators you recommend, the greater the reward.

*

The chance to be part of an organisation that pledges 10% of profits to initiatives that directly improve the lives of children — your work helps create wider positive impact.

*

A say in how we evolve — we welcome your ideas on how we can enhance both our services and your experience as a valued member of our community
