SEN Teacher Assistant - Full Time - West London - Temp to Perm - September Start

Are you a dedicated and empathetic individual looking to help shape the lives of young autistic individuals?

We are currently recruiting for a SEN Teacher Assistant to work full time at a vibrant special needs school based in West London. This is a special needs school that focus on working in smaller classrooms to encourage learner engagement and self regulation.

Responsibilities:

Keep up to date with safeguarding/health and safety policies of the school

Adapt teaching style to better suit each individual's needs

Plan and teach high quality lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4

Ensure a positive approach to teaching to encourage learner engagement Personal Attributes:
