We are now seeking a dedicated and inspiring SEN Secondary Teacher to join this exceptional team and play a key role in shaping positive outcomes for their students.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the unique needs of students with a variety of additional needs (SEMH, ASD, ADHD). (MLD/SLD/PMLD)Create and implement personalised learning programmes (EHCPs) that support both academic progress and emotional development.Collaborate closely with Teaching Assistants, Senior Leadership Team, and families to maintain a consistent, supportive learning environment.Employ creative, multisensory teaching strategies to ensure learning is accessible, enjoyable, and effective for all students.Monitor student progress, evaluate learning outcomes, and contribute to the ongoing development of the school's SEN provision.

What we're looking for:

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) with experience, or a strong commitment to teaching students with SEN.Enthusiastic about inclusive education and fostering a supportive classroom environment.Confident in adapting lessons and teaching approaches to meet diverse learning needs.Patient, compassionate, and able to build strong, trusting relationships with students.Familiar with EHCPs, differentiation methods, and strategies to support behaviour and emotional regulation.
