Salary: Up to GBP42,000 per annum dependent on experience (not pro rata)
Hours: Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent, Term Time only

About the Role
As a SEN Primary Teacher, you will deliver a creative and flexible curriculum with a strong therapeutic and trauma-informed approach. You will plan, assess, and deliver all subjects, with a focus on practical, engaging learning that supports each pupil's personal and academic development.
Key responsibilities include:
Deliver high-quality, individualised teaching to pupils with autism and associated needsAdapt lesson planning to meet a wide range of learning abilities and EHCP requirementsSet high expectations to inspire, motivate and challenge pupilsPromote positive progress and outcomes in both academic and social developmentWork collaboratively with therapists, support staff, and families to achieve the best outcomesWhat We're Looking For
We are looking for teachers who are:
Qualified (QTS/QTLS) and ideally experienced in SEN or SEMH settingsSkilled in adapting teaching for pupils with autism and complex needsCommitted to promoting wellbeing, safety, and inclusion in every aspect of school lifeFlexible, resilient, and ready to help shape a brand-new learning environmentPassionate about therapeutic, pupil-centred educationGeneral Responsibilities

Our New Options Autism School - Bradford Beacon School is proposed to open September 2025 and will cater for 37 pupils aged 4 - 11 years with have a variety of complex needs including ASC.
For over 16 years Options Autism have provided care and education to pupils, young people and adults with autism, complex needs and learning difficulties. We are a leading provider of education for neurodivergent young people and young adults. As part of Outcomes First Group, we are leading our sector in setting and delivering new approaches that provide measurable outcomes for those in our care.

You'll work 80% of your contractual hours for 100% of your pay, giving you more time to do the things that make you happy. 4DWW is subject to successful completion of probation and is not a contractual benefit
