Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily maintenance, minor repairs, and basic DIY tasks

*

Ensure the school grounds and buildings are clean, safe, and secure

*

Open and close the premises as required

*

Assist with deliveries, porterage, and general site support

*

Maintain health & safety and security procedures

Requirements:

Must have an enhanced DBS check (or be willing to pay for one)

*

Clean UK driving licence and own transport preferred (not essential)

*

Previous caretaker, site manager, or facilities experience

*

Good communication skills and a proactive, practical approach
