At SEND Inclusion Support, we re offering passionate educators the chance to step away from the rigid demands of traditional schooling and into a role that s purpose–led, flexible, and deeply rewarding.

Through our Nurture Pathway, you ll work as a Nurture Teacher, supporting pupils with SEND, SEMH, and EBSA needs who are currently out of school. You ll design and deliver bespoke, interest–led sessions that build confidence, re–engage learners, and prepare them for reintegration on their terms.

Our approach prioritizes relationships first. We believe that with the right connection, curriculum can follow. We work 1:1, at the pace of the student, blending creativity, empathy, and structure to bring learning to life.

We are now expanding our service to support students in the Lytham area. Referrals include a wide range of needs from students on the verge of exclusion, to those with complex SEND or severe school–based anxiety.

If you're an experienced teacher or tutor ready to bring your skills where they re needed most, we ll match you with students aligned to your specialism.
