Your Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students across Key Stages 3–5, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Working closely with teachers and the SENCO, you will:
• Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support.
• Assist in creating inclusive learning environments where all students feel valued.
• Adapt resources and activities to suit diverse learning needs.
• Promote independence, confidence, and resilience in students.
