GBP90 GBP105 per day Full–time & Part–time opportunities Immediate Start Available

We are proud to be working in partnership with a well–respected Multi–Academy Trust in the Gloucester area, supporting their search for dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistants to work with primary–aged pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) and Special Educational Needs (SEN).

The Role:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

Support pupils with a range of ALN and SEN needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, Speech & Language difficulties, and moderate learning difficulties. Work 1:1 and in small groups to help pupils engage in learning and develop key skills. Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities. Promote a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment. Provide emotional and social support to help pupils thrive. What We re Looking For:

Experience supporting children with ALN and/or SEN (school or care setting). A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A genuine passion for supporting young learners. A valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one). Right to work in the UK. (Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or related qualifications are desirable but not essential.)
