The perfect candidate will be able to:

Deliver engaging lessons across all primary year groups, following the school s curriculumEnsure smooth classroom management and provide a positive learning environment for all studentsSupport students' learning and development during the absence of regular teachersFollow lesson plans and adjust teaching methods to suit the needs of the classCollaborate with staff to ensure continuity of student learning and well–being The ideal candidate will have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualificationExperience teaching in KS1A strong understanding of the primary curriculum in key Excellent classroom management and communication skillsThe ability to be flexible and adaptable across different year groups and teaching situationsA positive and proactive attitude to teaching and student engagement In return, we offer:
