The Role – Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
A well-regarded primary school in Enfield is looking for a confident and capable Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join them in September 2025. This is a full-time, long-term role that involves:
* Covering lessons when teachers are absent or planning
* Running small group interventions
* Supporting pupils with a range of learning needs
* Assisting with planning and assessment alongside teachers
You’ll need to be flexible, confident in managing a class, and have a good understanding of the primary curriculum. HLTA status or relevant experience is essential.
