* A degree (or equivalent) in Product Design, Cosmetic Science or Packaging

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

* Excellent communication – able to explain technical ideas clearly

* Experience in a packaging development environment

So what will you be doing?

* Supporting packaging development from concept through to launch

* Collaborating with third-party suppliers to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and sustainable solutions

* Testing packaging and producing technical reports

* Attending NPD meetings and helping solve development challenges

* Assisting with packaging data, documentation and sustainability reporting

* Building strong relationships with both internal teams and external packaging suppliers
